salesforce.com and The Long Tail; Umbria Tracks Word of Mouth (AMR)

I recently talked to salesforce.com’s Marc Benioff about some of the new developments in the market, and how his company is taking advantage of them. I also met with Mr. Kaushansky of Umbria, a unique firm that’s combing the web to see what people are saying about your company and products so you don’t have to.
